Very impressed with this company. Towed my car in rush hour and would definitely hire again.

Fine. Serviceman. was fast to arrive (even tho he informed me this was his third jumpstart of the morning already), the work took only a few minutes, I paid him and was on my way to the store to buy a new battery. It cost $75. I thought that was a little much, but I didn't have anything to compare it to. Certainly one of my neighbors could have done this, but it was a weekday, and they were all at work. I would have had to wait either until after dark or the next weekend to get help from the 'hood.

Very prompt friendly and polite. Cost was high but it was also a long distance for towing. Tech was very friendly and helpful even after dropping off the car.

They towed my car to the glass repair place. They were very careful with the car and they got there very quickly. They did it in the night and everything was good. The price was good and they used the truck with the flat bed.

perfect in every way. metal cargo box was 16'x8' at base and 8' high. sitting on ground. needed it moved to different location on the lot. had to jack up trailer to get chains on. had to manuver around tree limbs. driver was fast and effecient. Price was about one half of what I thought I would have to pay. top notch.

My car developed a serious mechanical problem on a Friday night. Years before, my insurance man had told me "If you ever need a tow truck, get Lazer Tow." I remembered that and called Lazer Tow because I didn't want to get gouged. They were very professional and showed up with a dolly truck, which was necessary because it's a hybrid and turning the wheels will generate electricity. I think. Anyway, they towed it to the dealer (I knew what the problem was...the hybrid battery had finally given out after 11 years of faithful service) They took the key and put it in the night drop box at the dealer, so I didn't have to accompany them to the dealer. Everything went super-smoothly.

My car wouldn't start on a Saturday night and stranded me, so on Sunday morning I called Lazer Tow Serivce. I wasn't even sure they worked on Sundays and was pleased to find that they did and there weren't any extra fees for a Sunday tow. They met my husband and myself at the parking lot ,where I had to leave my car, at the appointed time. Joe took care of everything: there was a special part that was needed for the hookup and he knew exactly where it was stored in my vehicle. Everything was seamless and efficient. We followed him to our service provider and the entire operation was less than an hour. He even unhooked the bolt and put it back in my car for me. Highly recommend: A+

Contacted Lazer when my car wouldn't start. They arrived at my house within the hour. Though I had previously tried to jump start the car, the gentleman tried to jump it again with no success. When I first called the company, they calculated the distance to tow and the price of the service. The final price was the one previously quoted. The guy who came to get the car was prompt, friendly, and helpful. He offered to have me ride with him to the mechanic's destination. I asked if he, instead, could drop me off at another location on the way to the mechanic. He agreed to do this. I would certainly recommend using this company.

Requested a tow service for a vehicle on Sunday morning around 9:15. Met Justin from Lazer at the location of the vehicle. They arrived within 30 minutes and did a great job for us. Assisted with getting the vehicle into the auto repair stall for us as well. When the original call was made, the miles were estimated by me and the cost was a little lower than quoted due to less miles. Will use again if needed.

My husband was hit and his car totaled, they responded immediately after I phoned them and the driver was great, he helped us remove all the speakers, stereo, amp and other belongings.

It was great. They arrived on time, brought my car to the shop quickly, and had a new battery installed without delay.

THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND.
