The garage floor at a family members home had heaved and chunks of concrete were coming out exposing rock and rebar in the 30 year old floor.  Alan tore out all the old garage floor, and then graded, installed a moisture barrier and new reinforced bars (rebar), placed stabilizers beneath the rebar, and poured a new concrete floor.  
Alan and his assistant worked diligently to level and smooth the newly poured concrete floor, subsequently sealing and polishing the floor to a finished luster.  He made a horizontal and a vertical cut to relieve stress cracks in the future.  The quality of his work, professionalism, and cleanness were most impressive, as I had never seen anyone work so hard and take so much pride to ensure a perfect garage floor.  
Alan also went the extra mile to remove and reinstall a couple steps and hand rails that sat on the garage floor, as well as detaching a laundry sink that had to be removed for the new concrete floor - as well as helping to resolve a couple of other needed fixes.   
The job went wonderful and the end result is a high quality beautiful new garage floor.
