Promised 5 year total warranty and free cleaning. Inspected 9/11/13 said there was a problem and would contact insurance. Insurance was to pay out 4200. No check, no phone calls. Tried to call (phone disconnected) Checked home address (Moved out) Free cleaning (Not). Warranty is only as good as the company. (STAY AWAY)
