TV Service - Cable
They installed cable directed to roof for Time Warner Cable. After installation I went to attic and found they left a large hole in the drywall open to the attic with insulation everywhere. I also found loose cable on the roof. We called and they replaced drywall poorly and cleaned up 85% of insulation. I also found the loose cable on the roof moved from where it was and "hidden" on another area of the roof behind an air conditioning unit. Why wouldn't they just remove the excess cable?
