 + -1 moreHe lied and offered excuse after excuse. He had to order a part. He promised that when it came in he would repair my unit. He called me 4 days later on a Friday and said the part was I but he couldn't get off work at his other job to go get it. I asked where it was because I was home that day and he said that he had to pick it up. So on the following Monday he also called and said he was working his other job and couldn't pick the part up again. He asked Me if i could go to Lawrence Kansas to pick up the part. I was at work and could not make it by close of business. I terminated his service and called Tap at that point. He is obliged to refund my money but never has
Description of Work: He was sent out by my home warranty to fix my air conditioner. He reported to my home warranty that my unit was dirty and voided my repair costs. I had [Company Name Removed] do spring maintenance this year. He promised service but never followed through. I paid him $275.00 and he never fixed my problem. I cancelled my contract with him and he said he would refund my payment but never did. I reported him to the BBB. And called Tap heating and air conditioning. They fixed my air that day. I didn't have air conditioning for 10 days while letting Clarence Henderson work on my ac.
