Heating and Air Conditioning Service
He lied and offered excuse after excuse. He had to order a part. He promised that when it came in he would repair my unit. He called me 4 days later on a Friday and said the part was I but he couldn't get off work at his other job to go get it. I asked where it was because I was home that day and he said that he had to pick it up. So on the following Monday he also called and said he was working his other job and couldn't pick the part up again. He asked Me if i could go to Lawrence Kansas to pick up the part. I was at work and could not make it by close of business. I terminated his service and called Tap at that point. He is obliged to refund my money but never has
