Green's Discount Carpet Cleaning

This is probably the best cleaning I've ever had for carpets.  They had all the equipment needed to do the job and paid attention to the places I wanted to have a little extra cleaning.  They showed up on time and went right to work.  The only negative thing I have to say is that it took a couple of calls to get them to respond and set up an appointment.  The carpet is very clean and no "pet smells".  I used a Living Social coupon plus paid $49 extra for the deodorizing and pet stain cleaning.

The business responded right away and I set up the appointment for the cleaning for the following week. They were to be at my house at 10:00am. When they weren't there by 10:25, I called. The gentleman said he had trouble with his truck on the highway. I asked why he didn't call me and he said he was on the road. I would assume he had his paper work with him and his cell phone so that was not a very good excuse to me. He told me he would be at my house after lunch-12:30. They weren't there so I called and didn't get an answer. I was afraid I had been "had" so I asked my son to call when he had a free minute since they were not familiar with his phone number. They men came shortly afterwards and my son did not have to call them. They ended up doing a good job of cleaning the carpets and I am very satisfied with the results.

The person was late getting there.  Didn't call and let anyone know.  Was quick once there arrived.  The carpets looked ok.

I am renting a home which is very nice with the exception of the carpeting.  I have tried to clean the carpet with my rug cleaner many times with disappointing results and have struggled with consideration of purchasing new carpet (even though I am there temporarily) due to the fact that it looked very bad and had stains that would not remove.  I saw Green's offer on Angie's List to clean three rooms for $49 and thought I would give them a try.  I have used carpet cleaning companies in the past and have been disappointed every time.  The carpet always looks fine when they leave but looks bad again within a few days of traffic, and every time the rep has tried to sell me a "better" product for more money that will really clean and deodorize my carpet - I thought that was what I paid for in the first place.  I was able to schedule with Green's within a week following my call and the tech showed up on time and got right to work.  Not once did he offer another product, but reassured me that his product and process were the best and that he stood behind his work.  He was finished quickly and was on his way.  I withheld my opinion for several weeks to see if the carpet would return to it's original condition.  As of now my carpet still does not look like the dirty drab carpet of before and even though I have two dogs it still holds a fresh scent.  I will certainly use Green's again and would highly recommend them.
