He told us the gauges needed to be fixed first to tell if the tank was pumping properly to the other side. We had him fix it and after leaving we ran out of gas and had to be towed, obviously the pump wasn't fixed. When I got back he told me he'd take care of the fix. After that the price ended up increasing. I spoke with them concerning the pricing but got disconnected during the call and they did not honor the pricing we discussed over the phone but wanted the higher price. He said because I "hung up on him" that I had to pay the higher price even though the call was disconnected. He told me he wasn't going to give my truck back because he didn't like my attitude. My workers ended up paying them and we got the truck back. Originally I thought it would cost about $500.00 to fix this issue and ended up getting up to $1800.00 after two visits.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix a fuel tank pump.
