I have used Certified Carpets for many years and have always found that their work made my carpets look like they had never had a spot on them no matter how dirty they were to begin with. My 13 year old carpets look like new 6 months+ since they were cleaned and not only clean but with good texture. They have cleaned my upholstered couches in the past as well. This is the most reliable service company you can ask for in terms of their commitment to doing it right and very pleasant people to have in your home.

They do a superb job of deep cleaning. They also do a protective spray of the carpet when they're done and I have found that very helpful. Its kind of like a stain resistant covering. The new upholstery that we've just had done, they put a protective stain and liquid resitant coating on it. Interaction with them was great. The work turned out very well.

Prompt and good service. 2 guys worked together to get in and out quickly. Removed spots in an area where drink was spilled leaving a stain. Very pleased with work. Really like fact I do not have to talk with a machine- a real person answers phone. Also had dryer vent cleaned.

Certified Carpet Systems was recommended to me by a friend. I tried to use carpet cleaners on Angie's List who were running specials at the time, but none of them called me back. They were too busy! In my frustration, I turned to a friend who highly recommended this company and have used them for years. Lucky for me because I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Certified Carpet Systems. This company is a professional family-run business. Certified Carpet Systems promptly returned my phone call and set up an appointment. They also called me the day before to let me know specifically when they would be at my house. Everyone I talked with on the phone was professional and courteous. On the day of the appointment, Jeff, one of the family members in the business, walked throughout the house looking at the areas to be cleaned. There were several rooms that I was unsure about spending the money to be cleaned since they were hardly used and the carpet was in good condition. Jeff did not try to upsell me. He was honest and told me that those specific rooms did not need to have the carpet cleaned. Jeff did an excellent job cleaning the rest of the carpeted areas. The carpet looks like new. No more stains! I highly recommend Certified Carpet Systems. It was a pleasure working with this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

We use them on a yearly basis and they come out looking like new. They are courteous and complete the job very quickly. They will focus on any special areas you ask. For example, we had an area where a pet had urinated and they both got the odor and and showed me how to do it myself.

Certified Carpet team arrived to our home on time. We showed them the areas to be cleaned and we were given an estimate. We accepted the price and they begin the work. It took them about 11/2 hrs to finish. Again they did an excellent job.
