Roofing
It leaked every year we had a hurricane since then, my roof did not leak before then. During Irene it leaked so badly it came through the wall and into the electrical panel. They did come a few times and fix the flashing. This past year I had to get 90% of my roof replaced. When they pulled up the shingles, the wood came up like toothpicks that it was that rotted and dry. I know that 7 years ago he did not change the wood at all.
