Missed first appointment, had lost my records. They did the yard winterization and I was set up for a plan, but they have never shown back up

The prices are good and I get a discount for paying for a yearly service. I told them I was thinking about switching, because I want more natural stuff used. They said they would use the best that they could find. They do a good job.
