They did good work with the exception of my basement being cracked. When he gave me the bid he wanted all the money up front. I ended up paying him $2,000.00 up front. They caulked it from the inside and caulked it on the outside. They were supposed to use poly ethylene but did not use that. I have a 40 year contract to make sure the wall stays in place and a 10 year contract for the water leakage.
