We were having warranty work performed. When we came to pick up the RV we asked the techs to do some additional checks which required the use of the generator since it was already moved out of the garage and not hooked up to power. The generator would not run! They took a couple unscheduled hours right then to correct identify and correct the problem! This was much appreciated by us so our planned trip went as planned. The RV was not bought at this dealer as this model was not available any where in the 4 state area but the warranty work performed has been excellent.

They got my trailer in on the next business day and had the repairs done 1 day later (very good for RV Dealers). The price was fair, and the staff was eager to get my trailer in and back out again.
