They were great. Our State Farm agent recommended them first and we see why. They got to us quickly even though many people had called prior to our even discovering the dead sump pump. A large crew of 6 came. The team led by Josh and Kendall was thorough in explaining everything. Even after very long days the entire crew was amazingly refreshing and charming to work with. They just came again today on Sunday to remove the equipment since we are totally dry; this was another positive experience. Don't be fooled by the Grain Valley address. We live in Leawood. They appear to work much of the KC metro area. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Mediate water in basement problem. Tested all walls for wetness. Removed affected baseboards. Removed affected carpet/pad and hauled away. Treated affected areas to prevent mold. Installed 6 large fans and 2 large humidifiers.
