McCormicks Lotta Clean

Poor quality. Poor customer service. Was paid in full and only did less than half the job.

They cleaned the gutters and left debris all over my property. My house garage were all dirty after the job. I didn't like that.

This young man quoted me a price over the phone and I hired him to come today last week. He called ahead and came when he said but when he came his price was twice what He quoted over the phone. I told him I wanted inside and out done. 14 of the Of the sixteen windows we needed cleaning were tilt in you don't even have to go outside. I told him the two windows in the dining room were old style windows and you had to clean from outside and inside. He proceeded to tell me that was thirty two window price because of cleaning outside. I told him we had cleaned all the window sills already except for the bedroom. If I could upload pictures he cleaned the windows from the outside dripped dirty water on the window sills and didn't clean it up. Several of my windows I had to tilt in and clean the outside part again from the inside of the house because it was streaky it looked like it was. Cleaned with dirty water. He had removed two screens from the dining room windows and one was just half hanging on the other wasn't on at all and when I messaged him he said well he tried to put them in but he didn't know how to put them back in. My advice to this young man if you want to build a business do a excellent job. He wasn't here even 2 hours to clean 16 windows. He did wipe the screens but they are not clean either . The company I hired through Angie last year was two men who did a phenomenal job I just could not get a hold of them this year When you quote a price over the phone make sure you ask all the questions you need to so you don't have to up the price when you get to the place. I will not rehire this young man
