When they arrived the siding company gave them the wrong directions of what I wanted done, but they were very helpful to accommodate my wishes. They also told me I had a flashing problem at the corner of the roof line causing a water problem. While installing the guttering, they fixed the flashing problem. I was very impressed that they made the extra effort to totally fix my problem. They were very courteous as well.

Troy and his helper arrived @ 11:00 AM. After "walking around the house" to find what we wanted in the way of downspouts and out flows, they went right to work and completed the job by 2:00 PM. Troy communicated with us through the entire process to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted, even suggesting solutions, where we were not sure. All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience.
