He is extremely professional, thorough, and attentive to details. Better yet, he does not rush through the cleaning, but takes his time and does a great job. He's "our guy" from now on!

Super! It was the BEST carpet cleaning/upholstery cleaning job I've ever had done. He was on time, very thorough, cleaned a really area from plant water, and so on. When he left, everything had been done to the highest standard.

Well above expectations! He was able to fit me in same day on Saturday. He was very methodical and detail oriented and also had a lot of great tips on how to clear out stains. For the amount of work he did his prices were spot on too! I will definitely be using Bill's services again.

Beyond my expectations very satisfied

We had some pet stains in the finished basement that they got out perfectly. We had a gray stain in our upstairs living room that had been there for years. We really didn't know how it got there. Cleaning Edge was able to get it out with no problem. I am so happy that the stain is gone! I would definitely hire Cleaning Edge again to clean my carpets! I can't say enough about their great work. My husband was impressed that they were able to run everything out of their truck. Highly recommend.

Terrific! He was delayed slightly by an earlier jib, but gave me plenty of notice. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough!

Very well. Robert came in to see what we wanted, then set up his truck in our driveway and did the job. The results were excellent. We paid a very fair price, and would not hesitate to hire Robert again. He did more that we asked (cleaned a couple of cushions and an ottoman) without an extra charge. He maintained social distancing and wore a mask. Complete professional.

Because of his high ratings he was booked a couple of weeks out so the wait was a little longer than I would've liked; the appt was for 4pm but he let me know a couple hours prior that he was running behind so he didn't arrive until almost 5pm. He pretreated then cleaned and was done in about an hour. My carpet had 6 years worth of dirt and some pet urine issues, so I certainly didn't expect it to be like new; once dried there were still traces of the ground in stains but overall it's much better than it was. I do feel the cost was a bit much for one large room and I *think* he actually charged me for two rooms ($120; $150, less $30 new customer discount). However, not having to do it myself kinda makes up for it.

Bob is my go-to for all my carpet needs. He is friendly, reliable, always on time or early, and is extremely knowledgeable about all things related to carpet and carpet care/cleaning. He owns his own business so there's no middle man. When I need to get ahold of him I talk directly to him and he is able to immediately set up an appointment or answer a question. And his prices are very reasonable, and many times I use a coupon I've gotten from Angie's List. He is amazing. The carpets always look fabulous when he's done. I have recommended him to all of my friends that are looking for a carpet cleaner. He's the best!

They were great at communicating with me. They did a very nice job walking me through the process and walking me through the information on what they would and would not be able to accomplish. They were helpful in setting expectations on what would happen. They were very clean and careful on bringing hoses through my house and protected furniture they would have to work around. They were professional. They were very fair with pricing.

Bob has cleaned our carpets for several years. We have never been anything but COMPLETELY SATISFIED with his work. He tries to do the absolute best job on top of working with you on the price. I've lived in 6 states and 9 different cities (not counting the locations of less than 2 years) and Cleaning Edge exceeds all others used. PS: And my wife was completely satisfied every time we used the service. (and that says A LOT!!)
