Description of Work: supposed to check bathtub faucet but leaking then full run never would come back to fix. kept making appointments but kept being no show no call. ran several days hired another plumber to fix.had a 7yr water heater overflow drip occasionally ask to replace tp valve told me he couldn't believe tank still eorks 7yrs is old needs replaced. didn't check amything but pulled valve out and pushed back in which then valve wouldn't close and left me with big bowls full water. paid up front for all work . you need to do your research first if you call this company or they take advantage of single women. I did my research more thoroughly after I saw he had gotten paid up front and would not come back to correct the faucet. found the cheap valve I asked to be replaced was what my problem was with the water heater and that valve should be replaced every 5 yrs. I researched and called highly rated plumbing to tell mt scenerio and all told me my tp valve should had been replaced and no way did I need a water heater.
