Bill West Roofing Inc

I always call Bill West Roofing for every roofing question. Recently I expanded my attic space. I noticed water stains in the the attic and called Bill West Roofing. They sent there guy to check it and he noted several areas around vents that needed some caulking, and even found a few nail pop's that must have been causing some issues because it caulked those as well and haven't had any issues. They also advise how much life is left and recommend when I may need to replace the roof, so we were saving now. DON'T USE JUST ANYONE!!! The roofing industry storm chasers, fly by night company (NOT Bill West Roofing) have already affected Insurance companies and insurance isn't covering roof claims now because of the non-necessary roof replacements. I ALWAYS go with Bill West Roofing recommendations.

We've used them a lot recently. We have used a couple of companies in the past. I don't remember the names of the other companies. We were putting together a due diligence package for ourselves to figure out what all would be spent on rehabbing a property. Bill West's was the only one who gave us a competent reporting of what needed to be done or whether or not the roof was in good shape, provided photos, high-def photos, good descriptions, good quotes on repairs. It was a basic roof compared to actual high dollar luxury roofs.

Very professional and punctual. The work was done quickly and I haven't had an issue with leaks since. The price was reasonable. I used this company at another house a few years ago. Would definitely use again.

Took a couple of anxious days (having a leaky roof tends to increase one's anxiety level!!)  to make contact with company and then a couple of  more days before the Bill West technician showed up.  But when he did, he popped up on the roof, found the problem and fixed it.  He also recommended that he put some auxiliary vent pipe 'hats' on since the seals/glands were showing signs of age.  I greatly appreciated that thought and had him do that also.  All for the bargain price of only $50 - I was a very happy camper. The 'fix' did seem to work well and I haven't seen any more signs of leakage since then (knock on wood).

Took a while to get job started (roofing always seems to take a lot of time to get  going) but when the day came a big crew of guys showed up and got it all done.  Replaced an older dormer roofing which had reached the end of its lifetime with a newer roof system using a membrane under layer with a 2nd layer on top.  Forget all the details but it did the job.  They cleaned up the job site and the roof has worked well since then.  Did have a small leak in 2013 and they did send out a gentleman who took care of the problem (not sure what that problem was - suspect top layer popped up around roof penetration and had to be 'gooped' down) or maybe the vent pipe seal had weathered out . While he was here he also replaced some other vent pipe seals that had weathered out.  See my 2nd review.

It went very well. They cleaned up pretty well. The personal service that you get stands out the most. The owner came out himself and talked with us.

They were very professional, punctual, got out here and did the estimate, quick service time, when the estimate was approved, they got right on it after a few days. It was a knockout and fixed out.

We contacted Bill West Roofing and asked them to come to our home and speak with us about replacing the roof.  We had noticed that quite a number of other neighbors on our block had previously had their roofs replaced by them.  They responded quickly and gave us several choices and prices for different roofing materials.  Their crew replaced the roof sooner than we expected because another customer decided to change their materials.  That created an opportunity to do our job at an earlier date.  They did a nice job of cleaning up the discarded shingles.  We only found one or two small pieces of material in the lawn after the work was completed.  We were very satisfied with them in all ways possible.

They did an excellent job.  They were responsive, inspected the roof and repaired/sealed some other areas that I had not been aware of, but, could have become potential problem areas.  All was done at what I thought was a very reasonable price.
