Kevin arrived on time and very courteous. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. And when he left you couldn't tell he was even here. He also let me know what problems may happen with my other garage door. And to keep an eye on it. Happy customer. 5 stars!

Very well, Kevin called me the same day to make an appointment which was sooner than I expected. He diagnosed the problems which were simple fixes, reprogrammed the the opener and lubricated the door. Courteous and professional. Thank you

First off, Kevin was very quick to respond after my initial inquiry here. He was able to get me in at 7am the next morning, arrived early, worked very quickly and was happy to explain anything I was curious about. Prior to working, he gave me a rundown of what the repairs would entail and approximate cost and time. I expected him to just set up a time to return...nope! He had all his supplies/tools, etc. and completed the repair in just over an hour. This included repair/maintenance of the 2 garage doors themselves (one was hit by a car), plus reinstalling a garage door opener and bracket which literally fell to the ground. He rewired all my sensors/controllers and provided me a new remote (no idea where the old one went). He was by far the least expensive of the estimates I had, but also the most professional.

I got a call shorty after making the request. Kevin came by to measure and completed the job two days later. I am very happy with the way the entire process went.

Kevin responded promptly and was very professional. He looked at both garage doors, even though only one had a problem. He repaired the one with very strong cables, new pulleys and tested the garage doors and strengthened both doors with extra cable in case a spring snapped. He honored my coupons as well. I am very pleased with his professionalism, price and great work on my garage doors.

Kevin was absolutely amazing! I contacted him in order to get a new garage door. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. He showed up that same day, provided me with an estimate and installed my garage door the NEXT day!!! I was in a real time crunch and he came through like a rock star. I called on 19 December kevin answered the phone right away. Give me a ballpark of how much it would cost,how long it would take and that it would get done on the 20th. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 o’clock on the 20th December, KEVIN called me at 9:30 said he was ahead of schedule wanted to know if he could come before the appointment time. I told him that would be OK. Was just getting done with an appointment, KEVIN was there waiting when I got home. Replacement and upgrading did not take him long. He was very courteous,professional and explained everything.

Called to inquire on Friday. He came by that afternoon to measure, then said he'd be back to install by 11:00 Monday. He was here at 10:30, and it was installed by 12:30. The garage floor was a little uneven, so he put a large rubber insulation seal at the bottom of the door. The door operates well with the old garage door opener, seals out the cold all around, and looks great. Great job.
