It has been a while so I won't go into specific detail.  I know that he gave us reasonable quotes that he stuck to.  He came when he said he would and finished the jobs when he said they would be finished.  I keep him on my contact list because you never know when your furnace or AC is going to quit.  These are two conveniences of modern day living that we have come to depend on and
when they go, well you might as well be out of food and water as AC on a hot summer day or heat when the temps drop bel;ow freezing. Plus since we have two rental properties as well as our personal home we have more HVAC equipment to worry about.
