Auto Body Work
The door looks great. Clayton gave me (at my request) three estimates - for replacement of the door; for repairing the door and blending the car; and for just repairing the door. Although I went with the least expensive option, his paint job is such a close match to the original that even without blending, it is hard to see the difference if one is not specifically looking for it.
The work was finished a day ahead of schedule.
As we had not reviewed his previous work on my wife's car, I will say here that he did a great job on that, too. Large doe (chased into the highway by coyotes) had hit the passenger side headlight, hood, and fender, and the doe's head had slammed around into the front passenger door. When Clayton was finished with it, the car looked better than it had before encountering the deer. Cost was per insurance appraiser's damage estimate.
Clayton is friendly and straightforward; the business is Mom and Pop. His wife, Linda, often handles the phone and front desk. They are both pleasant and responsive.
