They were very quick with the work. They did sanitizing and checked to make sure there was no more water. James Lee always took the time to inform me and explain things to me.

I'm sorry I don't remember the exact experince. My initial reveiw didn't get saved. i remember that the worker was professional and every quick. He explained the treatment he was going to do for the carpets, and he was out in a couple of hours.

Sunshine did a very good job cleaning the carpets. They were prompt and very professional, and clearly James knows what he is doing. There were a couple of spots that he was not sure if he would be able to remove the stains, and identified those before starting work. They were not the least expensive of the four quotes I received, but they were the ones who took the most initiative to get the work done. I would definitely use them in the future.

Mr. Lee was very professional in explaining his approach and he worked very hard to bring our carpet back to life. He was also honest enough to recommend new carpeting vs cleaning in three rooms. I had convinced myself they just might clean up okay. I think most carpet cleaners would have gladly cleaned them for the extra square footage in charges. Mr. Lee was able to clean up some heavy traffic areas and 2 flights of steps better than previous services. The carpets dried quickly and the house had a neutral-fresh aroma, not a detergent/cleanser smell. Mr. Lee was very careful with our furniture and freshly painted walls/trim. We're very pleased with their work, and our house sold the first day on the market.

Had pet stains and he showed me where they were. I gave him the go on cleaning and the price turned out to be $680. He was at my house for 2 1/2 hours. The carpet looked like new and the pet odor was completely gone. He recommended cleaning every six months at $400 each. I really can't pay that much, I couldn't even afford the $680 but I felt stuck with the problem of a dirty carpet and odors so I gave him the go ahead. If you can afford him he is terrific and very thorough.

I liked the owner’s attitude. He came out and did all the cleaning himself. He went through what he was going to do. It was a very reasonable price. He was very prompt when he came and gave us the price and also when he showed up to do the work.

It is a really big house and it also included some very specific spots in the carpets. We had just moved into the house and the people who lived here before had two dogs. My experience with them was fantastic. He was very thorough and was going to come back as many times as it took to get the spot out. He actually did a treatment on it and had to come back two days later. He did come back and checked to make sure it was okay. He was very concerned about my satisfaction. I don’t know what he did, but it seemed less wet and it dried faster. It is the best process that I experienced. He is expensive, but I got my money's worth.

Prompt response to inquiry. Came the same week. Gave estimate in the morning and worked the rest of the day after I gave the okay. Very professional in presentation, explanation of options and worked through lunch to get the job done in one day. Complete house cleaning. Included expensive wool area rug and furniture. Guarantees his work and will come back if needed. The cleaning was better than I had hoped for...job well done.

I called Mr. Lee on Tuesday, he met me at the house for an estimate and then performed the job on Thursday. He was VERY professional and extremely thorough. I initially felt that the price was high, but after the job was complete, I felt that he had very much earned the fee. In several rooms there were large black stains that he was able to remove or almost remove. He treated pet stains for free, steam cleaned, scotch guarded and groomed every inch of the carpet in my home. He even swept out my garage so the leaves and grass would not be tracked back into the house. I will definitely be calling him again.

He first came out to give us an estimate. He told me what he could do with areas of the carpet that had pet soilage. I liked him and his estimate was okay. He started the work right then and there. He moved the furniture and showed me what he was going to use on the carpet, and told me exactly how he was going to do it. He was really good and the work turned out fantastic. It was a pretty big job, and I think the price was a bit high.

Owner-operator James Lee did a careful, professional, businesslike job on my carpeting. He followed my instructions to the letter, and was very meticulous and conciencious. He answered every question I had, and it was clear that he knew the ins and outs of carpet cleaning thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

James Lee and his crew are very friendly and professional. As they were applying the treatments to the carpet he explained the procedure and how it would work to eliminate the smell. He also thoroughly explained the process for cleaning the kitchen tile. I also really liked, that with the process they were using, everything was dry in a couple of hours, not overnight like most carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I would highly recommend Sunshine Healthy home and plan to use them again in the future.

Mr. Lee (the owner) is very high integrity, professional and really goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have used him for a couple of years and have always been very satisfied.
