Dave and Justin were absolutely amazing! Both of them were very patient and thorough. I wasn't able to be there for the roof replacement and Justin called me throughout the day to provide progress. He also sent me pictures of the boards that had to be replaced. All around great service. The crew was respectful of my neighbors, hard working, and cleaned up very well. Very happy customer!

Dave is very easy to work with. He came out the day I contacted him and looked at my roof. Since it was storm related I contact my insurance agent and took care of the claim. As soon as I received the check from the insurance company I called Dave back and he brought me some shingle samples to take a look at. I picked the one I like and as soon as the rains stopped his crew got to work on the roof. They did a great job and were done in a single day. After the work was finished he took care of submitting the final paperwork to my insurance company and the final check arrived. He didn't ask for that money until the check arrived from the insurance company. This is big for a lot of people as that's a lot of money to give out of pocket if you haven't been planning on it. But he was great through the whole process. I've since recommended him to friends.

His crew works hard.  They did the entire job in 2 days.  We didn't know the old decking was bad until they started removing the roofing.  They discovered the plywood was delaminated.  One of his guys fell through the roof and made a big hole in the living room ceiling.   He would not let me pay him until his painter repaired the ceiling and repainted.  Very professional.  I highly recommend him.  And his price was better than the other bids I got.

It actually went very well. Jess & George came out to my house several times working with the insurance agent to help get my issues resolved. I would use them again.

Called Dave Cote, owner, 2 years ago for leaking roof based on neighbor's recommendation.  He climbed up on the roof and fixed some worn flashing and replaced shingles himself right on the spot.  Charged me $25.  Said I didn't need a whole new roof.  
Next year inspected roof and said still didn't need new.  Finally this year  he agreed 20 yr old roof needed replacement.  He did a wonderful job, checked everything and asked if I was satisfied before, during and after job was completed.  Everything was completely satisfactory.  Cleaned up everything to the smallest detail.  Put tarps over deck and plantings to protect from damage, cleaned all the gutters, removing and replacing gutter guards.  
I couldn't be happier and 3 of my neighbors have used his company, Residential Roofing, with the same results.  His price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to everyone.  Very personable and caring company.  He completed my entire job in one day.

I received several bids and Residential was the most competative and their references checked out great.  
They came out , thad to tear off the old roof first,  added new flashings,  stacks, replaced roof with new beautiful shingles all in one day .d
Even cleaned the gutters and hauled all old materials away for recycling.
The owner "Dave" even followed up personally to see if I was happy with the work done and if I had any additional questions.
I would definitely reccomend them to everyone
