Ranch in Villa Ridge. It was a large project that required many days to
complete. They were prompt and efficient in completing the work and
provided us with a beautiful finished patio and work area. I would
highly recommend Professional Lawn and Landscape LLC for all your
projects large or small. They are competitively priced and very
friendly. I will be using them again for any future lawn care needs.
Zack and his team started with removing the big oak tree and hickory which was very difficult due to the steep terrain, removed old ties and started hand digging trenches for wall. The block stone wall was installed perfectly level with the proper curve. Beautifully done and sturdy.
The natural boulder was also installed nicely. A lot of hand digging trench and boulder adjusting to my satisfaction.
The kidney shape patio and curved walkway also looks great. Again, digging out top soil by hand to make room for minus and flag stone. Hand fitting every stone with minimal gaps between stones.
Zack and his team also had to move a couple of sprinkler heads to make sure all functional and made sure all clean after the job. They were also careful to make minimal damage to my current yard and lawn during every aspect of project. They made sure I had grass where their bobcat caused damage.
Zack Wayhart (owner) and his team were great to work with. They always check with me (home owner) to make sure the job was going as planned and willing to adjust plan as necessary to make sure completed properly. Zack and his crew were always polite, punctual and worked hard all day. They started and finished the job on schedule. Great Job!!

What the home owner has failed to mention is the that our company was given less than 12 hours to respond to the problems that were not covered under warranty and expected for them to be done for free.
