From the beginning it was a struggle with the company asking them to drive by and give me a more accurate quote. After calling several times they finally sent two guys that did an outstanding job, I talked to the guys asking why they showed up with a small truck and they said they also told their manager they needed a bigger truck. I had called the office to complained they had sent a small truck. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, said they only had a small trucks when the employees told me they have bigger trucks. Then, she told me not to call them next year and hanged up the phone. The costumer service from this company used to be excellent from assigning task to offer a general costumer service. Today I got the bill and they are charging for 3 people when only two came to do the job. I’m not sure what is going on but not a company that will longer recommend.

I'm very happy with their work. Dependable on showing up weekly on the scheduled day, about same time. Crew members are polite and respectful. Lawn is mowed, edged and blower is used. Everything is neat and cleaned up when they leave. No debris in street or on driveway. Office staff is polite and follows thru with any request. This company offers several services, but I have only used the lawn care service - I have counted on them for several years and always request the same day and crew.

They have done a good job of being responsible and on time. They have been our mowing, fertilization, mulching, trimming, and brush removal service. They are reasonable, and they do a good job.
