 + 0 moreVery bad. Vendor was hard to reach, not reliable, and always had a story. The original cost estimate vs. the actual price was off by 34%. Where bushes were planted in clusters, there was no logical or professional attempt to either keep all colors together, or put variety in a pattern. Prices charged were higher than the "retail" price on the tag on the plants. I have never received the "care and instructions" promised for the trees or plants.
Description of Work: The front yard grass was to be replaced with zoysia, after additional dirt was added. 4 trees were to be installed along with 22 perennials. The varieties promised were not planted, I was shorted on the amount of bushes, and the "zoysia" was not installed.
