Home Building
Bid the first draft of plans so sub contractors didn't have the final plans as they did their work - causing considerable confusion and budget over-runs. He did not manage budget at all - at the end I refused further payments and executed control over the final payments to subs. Note, date of last contact was not 2011 (only choice3) but July of 2009.
