Description of Work: I had some pants altered. They were just ok. They seemed overwhelmed .. Took almost 3 weeks to get pants. Yes.. It was prom season, so I understood.

Description of Work: altered a sleeveless dress, jacket, and a mother of the bride dress. The owner was friendly and professional. I received the altered garments two weeks ahead of schedule. Owner usually is not open on Saturdays, but came in on a Saturday just so I could pick up my altered garments. I would definitely do business with this owner again and will reckon to my friends and family.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the alteration services Mary provided. She saved me a ton from what the gown gallery was trying to charge me. She is timely, responsive, honest, and extremely friendly. My wedding dress turned out lovely. I'd recommend her to anyone and would definitely return in the future.

 + -1 moreThis was the third time I used Mary to repair my clothing, and each time she impresses me with her clothing repair skills. Whether its to replace a button, or patch some holes in jeans, or alterations; she does it all. I will always go to Mary when I need anything done with a needle.
Description of Work: Mary sewed a variety of repairs in a number of clothes that we had around the house. She did an outstanding job.

 + -1 moreI had finally found the perfect dress for my son's wedding. Well, almost perfect; the dress was one size too big because my size (0) was out of stock. I called Sew Sweet, Mary could see me right away. As she fitted the dress, it was obvious she knew how the dress should fit and what alterations were needed. I was given a pick-up date of about 10 days later. Instead, much to my delight, Mary called in only two days that the dress was ready. I tried it on while I was there, much to the ooo's and aaahhhs of the customer-filled shop. The alterations were expertly flawless.
Description of Work: Mary at Sew Sweet expertly fitted the bodice of my mother-of-the groom dress.

 + -1 moreWe called first to verify the time frame the work could be completed. We dropped off the dress to be altered and she called two days early to let us know it was done. The work looks like the garment was made that way, not altered. Couldn't ask for more.

 + -1 moreShe does the best that she can, which is pretty darn good! Quality is awesome, she does what she can to get things done in time, due to the fact she just had a baby sometimes she does get backed up a bit. She is easy going and easy to work with.
