Artisan Construction

I've used Chad on 15 residential remodel projects in Kansas City over the past few years. He's performed exceptionally well. His pricing is fair, his work is outstanding. But more importantly, he communicates well so there are no surprises. I hate surprises in construction projects. Some of the remodel projects have been relatively straightforward, while others have been "gut and redo" projects. So I decided to have him work on our lake house in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Chad brought a crew down from Kansas City to the warmer climate of Texas and got to work. I'd come out to check on their progress while they were here and to make sure they had all of their materials ahead of time. By the time they were finished, we had accomplished 20% more work than what we had anticipated, kept to our initial budget, and the quality of work was beyond my expectations. They say that the three drivers of a good construction project are quality, speed and cost. You typically never get all three, and have to satisfy yourself with two. I'm extremely happy to report that we hit all three drivers. I'd use Chad anytime I have a large project, and would recommend him to anyone seeking an honest, dependable and quality oriented contractor.
