Great. Old system just wasn't cooling. After receiving several bids decided on All American. The system I chose was not immediately available due to Covid caused delays. Frank came out and got my old system running to hold us over until the system arrived which was only a week later. Install went without any issues. They followed up several times and even registered my system with the manufacturer and rebate paperwork with electric company. Overall a refreshingly honest, competent, and professional exchange.

We are not going to use them, it was just too expensive. They are the ones that originally put in our heating and air conditioning, but we wanted it at a different house. They said they charged twice as much for having to go into the attic to do it. So that made it too expensive. I think they just didn't want to do it. It's more work to have to go into an attic. I would still use these people on my house, because I don't have mine in the attic. They have always done a good job on the work they have done for me.

They've been in business a long time and they know what they're doing. They are skilled. They are real responsive, dependable, and reliable. They do really good work. I've never had any problem with anything they've ever done. Communication from start to finish was fine. My first impression was they were friendly and professional. Sometimes you get a provider with a bad mood or bad attitude. These guys are never that way. They're always friendly and helpful. They talk to you. They're real interactive and they just do great work.

We've used them for 20 years and we like them. They come out once a year for service and we call them when there's a problem. We think the price is pretty reasonable. They are fast in responding.

They are just great no matter what they do here. I know the person that owns the place because I've been dealing with him for 25 years. I would absolutely use them again.

They are great people. I would absolutely use them again. I use them twice a year. There were four of them out for the job. It took them about three and a half hours.

They are awesome. I think two people came out, one came out and gave me an estimate, and looked at the situation, and the next person came out and did the work. They were responsive, and available, and completed the work in an timely manner. They completed the work in an timely manner.

This was a great experience. They responded quickly and were very professional. Everything exceeded my expectations and I would use them again with no hesitation.

Great - Frank and his team are some of the best folks to work with. The work was performed efficiently and they didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions. Frank was creative in coming up with a way to run the new lines that would be more efficient and attractive on the outside of the house, too. Generally, just really great people at a long-established northland company.

AAH&C are the best service company that I have worked with. Frank came out at 7 PM right after we called. He had exactly the parts that we needed for our Bryant AC, and was very professional, courteous and knowlegeable. He had our AC back up and running in no time. He communicated very clearly, and had some great advice for us to keep our HVAC running well in the future. I'll be calling All American exclusively for future repairs, and a tune up this fall. A drain hose plugged up, and leaked water on the circuit board, corroding it. They replaced the hose and circuit board in short order. The AC was working in about 20 minutes start to finish. Excellent service!

Excellent service. They came out quickly, discovered where the problem was, had the parts needed on their truck, fixed it at a fair price. All this and during after hours on a Friday!

After casing P&L will not repair a chewed wire for the air-conditioning, Frank probably schedule appointment and came out the next morning was employees was ill. He provide a good option for repairs and quickly repair the wire with quality service.

They are very quick and responsive to getting over and taking care of an issue.

Our 30 year old house had original duct work and we found out that the house did not have the right amount of ventilation for the size and design.  The owner and his crew of very nice guys got the entire basement reworked correctly and surprise... the new furnace works better then the original ( which we expected) but the entire house is now heating faster and more evenly. no more hot rooms and then very cold rooms in other zones.   The old furnace was removed and all the mess was cleaned up.   They did what they said they would, when they said they would and are just "stand up guys".  I would recommend them to friends or family and did just that with my parents.
