I bought a used portable dishwasher. Unknown to me, the machine was full of roaches. Within days, I had a problem. Using chemicals I purchased was getting me nowhere fast. I called this company, had an appointment next business day. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very understanding. I was embarrassed to even have to call them, but he remained very polite. He took care of the problem, gave me further instructions on what to look for, and do, and guaranteed his work. I saw immediate results, and within a week, the problem was gone.
