I found out yesterday that Jone Morris is undercutting the prices and is selling the properties off to friends and neighbors that she knows for a cheap price. A lake property that I have is 10.2 acres, was bought for $45,000 when my mother was alive. It was just sold for $5,000. A house with a little over an acre of land was bought for $35,000, was sold for $5,000. She informed me she was going to tear down the house and build a new house. I was told just the land was worth $40,000. When I talked to the woman about the prices, she seemed to get upset. When I asked who set the prices, she told me the estate court does. I contacted the estate court and they told me that the real estate agents and the person selling the home/properties set the prices. After I talked to the court and tried to call her back, her phone was disconnected. I then called the next number I got and she answered and then disconnected after hearing my voice. The phone was then disconnected when I tried calling back. I then called the phone company and they told me that they had received a call to change the number and not to give the number out. I called other real estate agents to ask for different prices on properties that I'm selling and they told me I should be getting between $45,000-65,000 per property. Anyone dealing with her should have someone else do your real estate work. You are being ripped off.
