For the past six months I have rented my one bedrooom apartment in Fulton MO from Remax Select of Fulton. I pay 320.00 dollars for my apartment that features a living room of outdated and worn out brown shag carpet with a kitchen whos cabinets are of an outdated 1970's style pressboard wood and constantly seem to be breaking. The one window unit air conditioner that was provided with the apartment, never seems to get cold and one of my powe outlets has fallen out of the wall. I have told Remax Select of these issues as they seem to arise and reminded them repeatedly. I finally went to their office the other day with pictures of the main problematic issues that I wished to have resolved. I was told that these issues were minor inconvinences that should be expected and tolerated when you are lucky enouph to find such a nice and spacious apartment in a good neighborhood for a great price like mine. I can never reach Remax Select by calling their office, If I choose to reach them I have to physically go to their office where there resides only one person who seems to be willing to even discuss any issues I may have. The man who is in charge of actually managing my property has only ever taken my rent money and told me that any other issues or inquiries should be directed elswhere within their office because he dosent deal in those areas. All in all I have had a terrible and very inconvenient experienc with Remax Select and would not reccomend them to anyone. This is the only business I have ever dealt with that expects their customers to serve them.
