Generally nice fellows to work with. Work was done quickly and the price was pretty good. Quality of the product overall was OK, but I had to keep a pretty close eye on it. There were a couple of things they said they would do, but they forgot to do them until I reminded them. There are two reasons I would not use them again. First, they were not very careful about not damaging the existing things around them. They scratched up and dented our hardwood floor in multiple places and dropped paint on a piece of furniture. Second, they were unwilling to work out a small disagreement about what work was supposed to be done.

I have used them before and they did a fantastic job for this remodel. The estimate was itemized  and we new exactly what we were getting before we started. The price was fair and I am really pleased with how the work turned out. I would sue them in the future.

We had a dishwasher explode ruining our hardwood floor, water going down the walls, through the downstairs ceiling. It was a mess. Insurance listed them as one of the approved repairers and we're glad we choose them. They listened to us,, they made suggestions. The work was done professionally and to our complete satifsfaction.

Downstairs bathroom had a shower insert installed, new vanities, revised plumbing, ceramic tile floor. We had several interior doors that needed replacing. Bill came up with a strategy and kept our cost down. Again, total satisfaction.
An upstairs bathroom needed to be redone also. New counter top, lights, flooring, toilet, plumbing work. And again total satisfaction.
Installed railing on our front porch. A wonderful thing about Mark is his ability to take our request and make the final product better than we imagined. This is what he did with our railing. Excellent job.
Lastly, another bathroom redo, counter top, cabinets, lighting, flooring.
They would call the night before to let us know what time they would be showing up, They were prompt. Always cleaned up afterwords. There were countless other little projects they completed for us also.
Bill listened to our requests, made modifications and suggestions to keep within our budget.

I purchased a home that had an extra patio that I didn't need. The space allowed for extra storage, a sewing room, a sunroom for plants and a room for my dog to come in from outside; but not to have access to the rest of the house unless I wanted him to. I went over the design with Mark Canine who manages projects. He had great ideas that made the room bright and cheery without costing a fortune. Their carpenter Daryl made the effort to make sure all trim and walls and siding went with the existing rooms and flowed. The exterior siding matches well with the existing siding. I haven't had to have any and quot;don'tsand quot; with these guys on any project I have had over the years and I have had a lot of projects with them. I can trust them to treat my home or my rental property as they would treat their own home.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Their work is awesome. They make certain that I am happy with the results.I will always go to these guys for everything I need done. The entire process went very well and everything looks great as they lay down the last of the deck stain this morning. Both times we used Mo. Restoration and Construction over the past year we had mostly the same core crew, and these guys are the best, as are company owners Bill Tellor and Mark Canine. Bill comes first and makes up a detailed estimate, so you know exactly what they intend to do and how much it should cost. Mark is in charge of the on-site work, and he puts a great crew together (Billy, Daryl, Joe, Jeff, Tony). They come when they say they will and do a really careful, thorough job, always going the extra mile to do things the right way, as if they were working on their own home. Knowing that I wanted to be very sure of my exterior color choices, they were accommodating about letting me sample different colors, then about holding off on purchasing the bulk of the stain until I'd seen a bigger area painted. They power-washed the deck and walkways so well that we were astounded by how good the wood looked underneath the buildup! They're versatile and can handle whatever we asked of them, both interior and exterior stuff, and they fixed all kinds of little things as they did their contracted job--cleaning the gutters and putting on new gutter screens, etc. They took the time to fix the creaky floorboards under my desk while laying down the flooring, and took extra care to center the tile so it was symmetrical rather than taking the easy way out and just cutting one row of tile. Maybe all the little things they did shouldn't seem surprising, but after some of our experiences with other contractors it was reassuring to feel that they had our backs and would do what was right even when we didn't know enough to request it. During the whole process of the exterior work they barely killed a single plant around our house--a pleasant surprise!--and indoors and out, they were always respectful of our needs and privacy. And they're just genuinely nice guys who I trust. It will seem odd not to have them show up at 7 a.m. anymore, ready to make my home more beautiful and functional.
