I had previously met Joyce and knew she had the right company to manage my property. In a matter of weeks, my condo was rented, cutting my housing payments in half since I was already renting in my new city. When it came to repairs and replacements, they provided me with estimates along with the notification email. How much easier could it be? The company is easy to work with and flexible. I would highly recommend them to any absentee homeowner in the mid-Missouri area.
Description of Work: MId-Missouri Property Management has been managing my condo in Columbia for a year now. They are an absolute blessing for out-of-town home owners. It took just a few weeks for them to find a qualified renter for my condo. When things needed repaired or replaced, they sent estimates along with the notification email, making it easy to decide what to do. They have turned owning a rental property into a headache-free experience for me.
