He left gaps on the laminate that the trim does not cover without us having to do some repair work. In the spare bedroom, he laid the laminate in a different direction from the flooring he already laid. He left the old carpet on the closet floor. There were a couple of light items (shoes, backpack, etc) on the closet floor and when asked why he didn't place the new carpet in the closet floor his response was,"we charge extra to move things." My wife was at home and she would have moved them if he would have asked her to. Upon calling him about these issues and to see if he was going to come up and finish the job he said,"no, because I won't be able to please you." We have pictures taken of his work for anybody that is interested.
