Full service heating, cooling, refrigeration, and plumbing company. If it heats, if it cools, if it supplies you that hot shower, or drains away sewage or grey water, we can fix it. Experts in residential and light commercial, service, retrofit, and new construction work with all employees being cross trained in all fields in addition to specialty. Note: Our rate is based on time and materials. This company is now a second generation company, with well over 100 years combined experience in all fields. We are not just the best in our field or our area, we are the only choice for expert service and recommendations.

When the technician called to say he was coming, all the water from the hole was pumped out for him and the water was turned the water off. After fixing the problem, the tech did not have to turn the water back on nor fill in the hole. The tech was on site for 45 minutes and charged $167 for labor and then added a $70 fee for the "free" estimate. The parts for the job was $80, making the total for the job $320.
After some questioning of the labor and estimate fees, the owner called back after a few days and was very reluctant to do anything, stating he had to talk to his wife first. The $70 estimate fee was refunded because "we did the work." The labor fee remained the same because it took the tech over an hour to "research" the standard part, and someone had to drive 5 minutes twice, once for the estimate and once to fix the water line.
Needless to say, this company is out to rip hardworking people off. Beware of a "Code 50" if you use this company.

I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH YOUR CASE, HOWEVER, WE WILL BE CLOSING ANGIE'S LIST DOWN IN THE FUTURE WITH THE NEW OWNERSHIP. AS THE FOUNDING OWNER OF THE BUSINESS I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE ALL LABOR AND SERVICE. IF AT ANY TIME A CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY WITH THE WORK WE DO PLEASE CONTACT ME PERSONALLY AT 573-642-8549 AND ASK FOR CLINT HORNBUCKLE."
"WE HAVE NEW OWNERSHIP NOW. WE PLACE A LIEN NOTICE ONLY ON THE BACK OF ALL INVOICES AND THE NOTICE OF CHARGES IS NO LONGER ON THERE. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT DO NOT PAY THEIR BILL HOWEVER WE ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM AND DO NOT CHARGE INTEREST AT ALL. WE ALSO USE A FINANCE COMPANY IF A CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BORROW MONEY FOR BIG EQUIPMENT. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND MANAGMENT IS THE OWNER HIMSELF NOW AND THE CHARGES HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND YOU WILL BE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE NEW PRICING. WE NO LONGER USE "FLAT RATE PRICING" AS MOST COMPANIES IN THE LARGER CITIES USE NOW. WE HAVE ALSO LOWERED OUR SERVICE CALLS.. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR BILL OR WORK YOU MAY CALL CLINT HORNBUCKLE PERSONALLY AT 1-573-642-8549. YOU HAD AN EMPLOYEE AND I CANNOT EVEN FIND YOU AS A CUSTOMER IN OUR DATA BASE. WE DO NOT SEE WHERE YOU CAME IN TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER. I AM SORRY YOU HAD THIS HAPPEN AND SUGGEST THAT YOU GIVE THE NEW OWNER ANOTHER CHANCE. WE DO NOT CHARGE HIGH PRICES SUCH AS THIS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE WITH YOU INSTEAD OF POSTING ON ANGIES LIST WHICH WE ARE CANCELING UNDER THE NEW OWNERSHIP."
