Plumbing
I called another plumber on Monday morning, he was honest and said he couldn't be there that day. He recommended calling JR's, they said they could do it that afternoon. They never called back. I had told them that we had to work at 3:30. By 2pm when we had not heard from them, I called the first guy back and scheduled the call for the next day. When I called JRs back to tell them "never mind", at 3:00, they said "oh, we were just about to head that way"

I was told (by telephone) plumber would be out at a particular date and time, did not show up. When I telephoned, no answer. Two years later, I called for new appointment, same result.
