Excellent! I contacted about seven heating and a/c companies--most from Angies list. We already knew ahead of time the unit needed to be replaced. Phil Greco Jr (owners son) arrived to give us an estimate. We had concerns that the unit was undersized for the house. He took the time to do the computations to make sure it was sized properly for the square footage of the home. The installation is flawless. They paid attention to each and every detail. The company doesn't skimp on any aspect of the install--from the quaility of the sheet metal to hauling in rock to ensure the compressor sat level. Also-we knew ahead of time that we wanted the extras of a variable speed furnace and the media filter. From my research on pricing the Trane units (ranked #1 according to Consumer Reports in reliability), he sold the additions to us without any markup on his end. For what we purchased, he offered BY FAR the most fair pricing and the best installation. I would highly recommend.
