He did an amazing job. We had to work around the weather because it was constantly raining, but he showed up when he said he would and did exactly what we wanted done. The price was right too. We had other bids for 3 times what he quoted us. He cleaned up the mess and didn't leave anything behind except a nicely graded lawn. I would highly recommend his company.

Anthony first came out here on 4/12 to chip some brush/wood for us. He gave us a bid for 825, and although he was only here for 4 hours we still paid him the full amount because that’s what we agreed upon. He then said he wasn’t able to chip some of the stumps and would need to come back and bury them. We said okay, and in the meantime offered some additional work. Because of the price, we agreed. He said it would all be done in a day. Because of the weather heating up, we opted out of topsoil, grading and raking the whole yard. That means we would remove 4/5 of those line items from the original bid. He agreed. He came here on 4/26 with another guy. He has a machine with tires i stead of a track so he was unable to do the hill grading and bury the stumps. He asked if he could come back and do that and I agreed; he never mentioned it would be additional cost to that since that was his fault, and also, we had a fixed fee bid/contract. I was gone when he left an additional invoice on my porch requesting $928, plus 130 and hour to come back and finish his work. That’s when I started running numbers and can’t understand where he got his. He flipped the script apparently and decided he was working time and materials instead of a contract and that’s when I tried everything to remedy the situation. He refused anything and was very u professional and rude. He also has threatened a lein on our home twice now. While working here He mentioned to my husband that the road cracked and caved a bit on him while working and He never offered to repair it. He also didn’t spread the ripwrap like we agreed so it covered less space up the hill and more space to the road preventing us from mowing there. We will have to move with our hands one by one now. Our hillside is still a mess with large holes and large piles of dirt left unfinished.
