The service went very well. My only complaint is that they sub contracted for the labor. The designer was very well qualified for the simple task we needed.

They came out to give me a consultation twice. The first time they came, we never received a plan or an estimate for the work we wanted done. We had to call to follow up on the situation. The owner then came out several months later and met with me and my wife. We went over everything again and we never got anything back the second time as well.

We got called by the company, and I believe it was the owner that came out, and he was 15 minutes early and he kept calling me and calling me finding out where I was. I said I'm going to be on time for the appointment. When I got there he was super rushed. He wasn't very personable. He looked in the back yard and said, "Well we can just recreate this." I said, "Here are the things we would like to do." He then said, "Well we could fix this up and we could fix that." He basically told me we could re-do what we already had back there. He said, "I'll draw it up and I'll get it to you and we can talk about next steps," and he took a couple of pictures. He was there maybe 10 minutes if that and then never heard from him again. We tried to email, follow up, call and got nothing. I think honestly they didn't realize how many takers they might get on something like that and they probably were not prepared to deal with it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The gentleman was very nice, easy to talk with and did give us a mockup of what he had in mind to do for the retaining wall. However we never got a bid so called him back and asked him again. He thought he had sent it, but we have not received it yet so I am not sure what is going on there. He was busy with the project he was in at first, but then I am not sure what happened after that. I think he probably does very good work, but he did not get the information to us. He did come over and look at the space where we wanted the wall built. We talked and he seemed like he would be somebody who we would maybe want to work with, but we never got an estimate.

No, he would not follow up once I called to ask for more work.  I emailed several times.

Everything was satisfactory and the work went well. There were no issues.

They were on time and completed the job when they said they were going to do it. The job looked flawless.

They did a wonderful job. It looked very professionally done and they were priced very fair. They were very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and the end result was beautiful. They did a very nice job both in the front and back. One of the big things for me was that they were very responsive to any questions that I had about the project.

I am extremely satisfied with Earthscape. I was very happy with the entire design and impressed with their expanded knowledge about what plants would work in my yard and where they would flourish. They were all very professional, reliable, showed up when they said they would and were all friendly. They had the lowest bid out of the three companies who came to give estimates. I've had many neighbors come and ask who did the landscaping because it looks so nice.

They did a very professional job, in a timely manner and were excellent at communication.
