Experience was ok.

The service was good. They came twice a month to do the service as we had a plan with them. The service is basic but they are very efficient. I like using them as I have a dog in our back yard and I had used a previous provider that would not give us a set time when they were coming so we had to cancel with them as I did not want to leave our German Shepherd in the entire day so that company would come and skip the back yard and then try and charge the full price still. This company works around our dog with no issues which is great.

I certainly would not recommend this provider.  He mowed my yard last fall and again before Easter.  I noticed a scalped place in the front yard last year (on a slope).  I decided to let it pass, and then I found a large scalped place in the back yard near the common ground.  I called Tom Langley and told him why we would not be using him again.

Very generous in applying mulch.
Very good at spreading mulch close to and underneath numerous plants. 
Carefully removed and re-installed gutter guards while cleaning gutters.
Used power blower to clean driveway, sidewalks, streets and parts of 
yard.

It goes perfect everytime. Also, after a big storm they cut up a large tree limb that I could not lift. Also, they go lawn treatments  and landscaping. VERY knowledgable and do the job right every time.

Dedicated Turf came out in a timely fashion to give a bid on the mulch we needed.  The bid was very reasonable and the job was completed a week later.  Tom went "above and beyond" with our job...trimming all the bushes, treating for weeds before laying the mulch down... and the mulch looks amazing!  Would definitely use Dedicated Turf again in the future and am considering switching to him for other lawn maintenance.
