His work started in September and was suppose to finished by Christmas and it was not complete. He never informed me that he was so behind. I ended up seeing that he was going to use used equipment and my bathroom when it was suppose to be new. I tried to contact him after about it and he avoided me. The final bill had $1100 worth of over charges that we did not agree to.He was told that he needed to discuss any additional charges with me before they took place. He over charged us for services that I hired him for. He is now saying that he is going to put a lean on my house. He only wants to communicate through text and that is very annoying. I ended up writing a letter to him in regards to all the charges. He charged me for plumbing work that he didn't do and also copper piping that he did not install. I just want to let people know to stay away from this contractor.
Description of Work: The company is owned Rick Stilson and i hired him to remodel my basement and the basement bathroom.
