In a word. TERRIBLE. Lied, lied, lied and then lied again. Was about to finally complete the job after MONTHS of BSing me. Instead he took his tools and never came back leaving me with an unfinished and very unsatisfactory job. You would be better off learning how to install the floor yourself. It would be cheaper and would look much better. This is the negative contractor stereotype in the flesh.

Installation of new floor was good. He ran it problems matching stain color. Installed hardwood heat registers throughout and because the stain was off, he messed up the floors in the kitchen and hall. He kept saying he was going to come and fix it, but never showed up on 5 different days that he said he would be coming. He still has not come. We are going to have to hire another contractor to fix the problems. He is a smooth talker and says he is a stickler for detail. We were fools to pay him before we were satisfied with the job. My husband and I disagree that we should go to small claims court. We are not litigious people. Do not hire this guy.

It was a disaster. Very sloppy, careless, and it appeared he did not know what he was doing. Dirty footprints were left on my floor. The baseboards were not cut straight, and it appeared he did not know how to use a nailer. I want to warn others to be weary of this company.
