The people are always pleasant. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They do a good job. There has not been a need for someone to go above and beyond. They have always done things in a timely manner.

So far so good. He's lost 30 lbs and he started in March! It's just doing what you're supposed to do – portion control, watching what you eat, etc. You just make sure you do what they tell you and encourage you to do. The meetings you go to help you talk through things that are going on. They build self-esteem and talk about different circumstances, like eating out. You don't have to go to the meetings, but they are helpful. You can even do it online!
