U.S. TITLE

The process was very quick. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. They were very accommodating and I like them a lot. I would use them in the future if needed. We live 40 miles out, but were pleased with them when we used them in the past, so they are worth the drive.

US Title got the job done, but not without glitches. They needed some critical estate documents created and faxed, but didn't tell us until 1 wk. before the closing which left us scrambling. Part of the reason for this late notice was they didn't know we were trying to close by mail, (glitched communication). When we faxed the documents US Title lost them and required re-faxing: one more day lost. With our confidence in US Title shattered, and the closing date looming we had to make an un-planned trip to close in person: travel and hotel expense. At the close the agent declined to take a copy of the account numbers offered for wire transfer of the funds, ("didn't need it"). Two days later we get a call saying they now need the numbers to place the wire transaction. Finally the next day the funds arrived. Having said all the above, these are pleasant people to work with, and they did eventually get everything done, just very haphazardly.
