The HAN-D-MAN

It went great.

The guy's name is Bob. He's done a couple of things for me and I have some more things for him to do. I've been very happy with him. I spent close to $500 for all that. He had quite ab it to do and he was here for 10 hours. He really worked to get it done. I don't have a big bathroom but sometimes it may be harder to do because it's smaller. I had carpeting around the floor and it was soaking wet from a leak and we had to find out where that was coming from before we started anything.

Bob is a perfectionist and doesn't just do things to and quot;get them done' but completes a project with the most up-to-date materials and with attention to detail. He will not be the cheapest; but if you want very high quality work with everything done PERFECTLY then this is the guy for you. He is well worth waiting for. I know I can trust him to do it right!

He did everything I have asked him to do and done it very well. Sometimes he is called out for an emergency but always returns as soon as he can. He can get very busy and I have had to wait a couple of weeks before he can get to me but if I need him right away he can always make time for a small job. He is easy to get along with and knows what he is doing.

I had an unusual problem with the wood surrounding my brick garage. Basically I had had the wood replaced before and it just rotte daway within a few years. I had more than one contractor look at it and they just wanted to replace the wood again. I am fortunate to have gotten several estimates because Bob THE han D Man was the only contractor whomwanted to figure out the reason why the problem was happening so he could fix it for good! He is a perfectionist and does excellent work. You will not be dissapoointed in his skills. You get what you pay for with Bob, he has integrity and is trustworthy.

Bob Demay is honest and hardworking. I feel totally comfortable having him work in my house when I'm not home. His prices are reasonable; I don't know the total price because I've paid for the various jobs throughout the past year it's taken to sell my home in this real estate market. Sometimes he gets busy with other jobs, and then it might take one or two weeks before he can get to my house, but if it's a rush job, he will also show up within a day or two. Once he starts a project, he works until he completes it-- even on Saturdays and Sundays! He is very knowledgeable about home repair and improvement. I highly recommend him.
