Mike refused to pull permits and stand by the work that he did which prevented me from passing inspection

******Attention****** Please do not use this company I used this company and had life time warranty on the work however they didn’t want to honor the warranty. My window wells started leaking again they don’t return call, very unprofessional, and they came to my house on a Sunday unannounced to look at the work he messed up. Michael Moore and Crack Attackers are frauds I recommend no one use them if you want quality work done they are the worse will be taken him to court soon. Hope this helps anyone who thought about using them I’ll add photos later to show the horrible job he performed

Work mainly completed was exemplary but side issue of leaking water heater installed by the company has not been resolved after numerous complaints.

"This was a new water heater installed with a warranty I had given him from the manufacture it started leaking sometime after we finished all he had to do was contact the manufacturer for a new one! All the work we did as he said was exemplary and it was a big job mold remediation Tuckpointing Sump Pump etc."

They were able to come out quickly. The repair person showed up on time, did a great job and was reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

After I should them the leaks I saw, they inspected the rest of the basement and showed me some I didn't notice do to boxes and shelves that hide the wall. They sealed all the cracks, and the warranty is for the life of the house. Can be transfer if we sale the house. Now I can finish the basement. I would recommend them to anyone that ask.

The price estimated was the price billed. He showed up on time. We have had several rains since then and we are pleased. The work is guaranteed forever and a lifetime warranty is involved.
