THE CAR DOCTOR

I might use them for basic stuff I guess, but for major stuff I probably won't. Previously, I had a major problem with my car and they fixed it. I drove up about a block and a half and the car quit again with the same problem. It was the fuel pump again and I thought they had fixed the car with no problem. I thought it was positive. Basically, I was calling from my cell phone down the street and I couldn't make it back. I had to come back just by myself because they wouldn't come and help me. I really didn't appreciate because I am a female. I wanted somebody to come help me because I couldn't start back up. Finally, I did make it back. It was very hot and I was tired. For courtesy, I just thought that someone could have helped me by pushing the car or got me back to the shop someway. I probably won't use them for major stuff. They were real expensive. I actually called around after that and others hadn't used them. I just did it because I moved from where I was. I wasn't going to take my car way back home for it. They are right in my area and that is why I used them. I used Angie's List to pick them. I was really satisfied with the basic oil change but for serious stuff I wouldn't go back to them. I probably would not use them again in the future.

He is honest and stands by his work. He would have one of his emplyees take me to work and pick me up at no extra charge. He located the problem quickly, honored the warranty, replaced the part, and split the cost with me so I wouldnt be overcharged. He is very knowledgable and trusting. I would reccomend him to anyone.
