Ram Contracting

Ram Contracting Al Harper owner committed to do a complete gut rehab on a house in 5 weeks from April 14, 2018. They came in and gutted the house and work totally stalled. The house is left in worse shape then it started. They left a shell with no kitchen, baths or plumbing. I called numerous times left countless messages, emails and text and the owner not only didn't; take my calls or return them. He Didn't let his office answer my calls. He never communicated with me about the delays or lack of work. He has taken over 20,000 dollars with about 6K worth of work done. They have made no attempts to make this right even after I sent a certified letter asking for a resolution. We finally after months sent formal notice he was fired from the job and he has not returned our money for that work that was never completed.

I hired them to rehab my house so that I can put it on the market. Well, they did such a good job, I ended up staying. I feel like I'm living in a different house! We had minor issues in the middle of the project but the end result is outstanding! I will recommend them to anyone. I am sure you will be satisfied!!

This is a very informative company to do business with. The work he completed for my home was outstanding and I am more than satisfied. I cant wait to do more business with him. Al was very professional, experienced, and very reliable. His team was also amazing. I would definitely recommend him!

Well I signed the contract, gave him $3000.00 and he started the job throwing everything in the my yard and the neighbors yard as well. One week went by and he asked for more money. Me being a trusting person gave him another $3000.00... On that day after I gave him the check he left and his men went to lunch, so I thought. They never returned leaving all the mess that he tore off the house in the yard. Well the police showed up and handed me a stop work order because Al Harper, Ram Owner had never obtained a permit,, It all went down hill from there and he would never give me an answer nor any of my money back..... DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!! I wish I would have looked on here first.

He was horrible.  He has gotten so much money for us and did not do what he was supposed to do.  This guy did not do a very good job and the work that they did was a very poor quality.  The interaction with him was good at first but over time he just did not do the things that he said he was going to.  Like the drywall was not done well, the toilet was installed inappropriately like in the middle of the room.  The electrician did not do his work well too and the garage door was poorly installed.  I was just not satisfied with the whole thing.
